35,000 MT
per annum capacity.
Five direct-drive extrusion presses spanning 1,100 T to 3,300 T. Profile weights range from 0.05 to 50 kg/m. Custom and standard sections across the 1xxx to 7xxx alloy series. Fully in-house: billet, die, extrusion, value addition, and packing.
Advanced aluminium extrusion, powered by intelligent automation.
Our five advanced aluminium extrusion presses are fully automated and integrated with MES for precise process control and consistent quality. The system continuously monitors critical parameters, automatically highlights deviations, and adjusts selected parameters to maintain process stability.
Production data is captured automatically and integrated with ERP, eliminating manual entry while providing real-time visibility of production, yield, and operational performance.
Precision in every process, consistency in every profile, and complete visibility from production to performance.
Press details.
Eight controlled stages,
log to despatch.
Log heating
Aluminium logs are heated to the required extrusion temperature to ensure uniform material flow, improved extrudability, and consistent product quality.
Billet shearing
The heated log is cut into billets of the required length to meet extrusion requirements and minimise material wastage.
Extrusion
The heated billet is forced through a precision-designed die under high pressure to produce aluminium profiles of the required shape and dimensions.
Inspection
Extruded profiles are checked for dimensional accuracy, surface defects, straightness, and compliance with specified quality requirements.
Ageing
Profiles undergo controlled artificial ageing heat treatment to achieve the required mechanical properties, hardness, and temper condition.
Final inspection
Finished profiles are verified for dimensions, surface quality, mechanical properties, and customer specifications before approval for packing.
Packing
Approved profiles are carefully packed using suitable protective materials to prevent scratches, deformation, and damage during handling and transportation.
Despatch
Packed profiles are verified against dispatch documents, securely loaded, and shipped to customers as per delivery schedules and requirements.
0.05 to 50 kg/m.
Simple solid to complex
and critical profiles.
Profile complexity ranges from simple solid bars and angles to multi-hollow structural sections. Standard and custom cross-sections are manufactured for diverse applications, including industrial profiles, heat sinks, electrical systems, architectural systems, automotive components, racking beams, and structural sections.
