Aluminium has displaced steel in a broad range of material handling and structural applications where weight reduction, corrosion resistance, and assembly speed are priorities. Banco's structural profile range covers the standard sections used in conveyor, racking, ladder, and platform construction; all IS 733 certified and available in standard lengths or cut-to-length.
Our 6082-T6 structural profiles deliver weld-compatible high-strength sections for conveyor frame construction, mezzanine structures, and industrial racking uprights (at approximately one-third the weight of equivalent steel sections). In-house machining allows complex fitting profiles and pre-drilled components to be supplied ready for assembly.

Conveyor frame extrusions
Side rail, cross-brace, and leg extrusions for belt and roller conveyor systems; lightweight 6082 profiles reduce total conveyor dead weight and simplify installation.
Ladder side profiles
C-channel and I-beam ladder side rail extrusions for access ladders and cage ladder assemblies, with pre-punched rung attachment slots available.
Modular racking sections
Upright column, beam, and brace extrusions for bolted modular racking systems, in standard cross-section families compatible with off-the-shelf connectors.
Scaffolding tube profiles
Circular and oval hollow tube extrusions for scaffolding systems, certified to IS 733 and EN 39 dimensional standards.
Structural angle sections
Equal and unequal leg angle extrusions for bracket fabrication, cable tray support, and general structural use (IS 733 certified).
Platform grating profiles
Open-mesh and solid platform profiles for access flooring, mezzanine decks, and equipment platforms, with anti-slip surface textures available.
Alloy selection for structural applications.
Primary structural alloy with high strength for load-bearing conveyor frames, racking uprights, and platform structural members. Meets IS 733 requirements.
Standard conveyor guide rail and secondary structural alloy: cost-effective for lower-load applications and profiles where surface quality is important.
Engineering alloy for precision conveyor components, machined roller saddles, and structural brackets where close tolerances are required after drilling and tapping.
IS certified and CE marked structural profiles.
Structural profiles for material handling applications are supplied with IS 733 compliance certificates and, for export, CE marking under EN 15088. Dimensional inspection reports are available on request. Our ISO 9001:2015 quality system covers the full production chain from billet receipt through extrusion, straightening, and cut-to-length despatch.
