CE for export.
Banco's standard section range is manufactured and supplied to the Bureau of Indian Standards specifications IS 733 (aluminium alloy wrought products: bars, rods, and sections) and IS 1285 (wrought aluminium and aluminium alloys: extruded sections). Material test certificates conforming to EN 10204 Type 3.1 are available for all stock items.
For export orders to the European Union, a CE Declaration of Performance under EN 15088 (aluminium structures: technical conditions for inspection and delivery) can be issued for structural section grades. This is required for load-bearing applications in CE-marked structures.

If no standard section matches your application, Banco's in-house die shop will design and manufacture a custom die, typically within 2–3 weeks. Custom profiles are extruded, heat treated, and finished to the same specification and quality standard as standard sections.
Submit a DXF or PDF drawing with critical dimensions indicated. The die shop team will review for extrudability, propose any necessary modifications, and return a tooling quotation and lead time within 3 working days.
